COMMUNITY USE OF SCHOOL DISTRICT BUILDINGS & SITES & EQUIPMENT

FEES SCHEDULE

 

 

The school gymnasiums, commons, classrooms, and kitchens are available for community and commercial use.  In addition, rentals will be made for wedding receptions, family reunions, etc. at the discretion of the Board.

 

Rental of the facilities will be arranged through the office of the Business Manager.  Each renter must make arrangements with the school district in advance so that adequate janitorial and supervisory services may be provided.

 

  1. Local Non-Profit Organizations­

 

                  Kitchen & Commons                       $20.00

                  Gym with Seating                           $15.00

                  Gym w/o Seating                            $10.00

                  Commons Only                               $10.00

                  Classroom                                      $10.00

 

  1. In addition to the above charges, a $20 custodial fee may be added, covering the first two hours of use.  For those who wish to use the facilities for more than two hours, there may be an additional $10 per hour to cover custodial fees.
  2. If rental involves the kitchen area and a cook is needed to supervise, an additional $10.00 per hour may be charged for their time.  Banquet arrangements must be made with the Business Manager.
  3. School related organizations, Girl or Boy Scouts, 4-H or other youth groups in the School District may use the gym or commons area at no charge, however, meetings must be held when a custodian is on duty.
